                          3rd conjugation -io verbs

These are 3rd conjugation, because they have the same Infinitive ending

**but the first principal part has an '-io' ending

capio, capěre, cepi, captus- to take, to catch


                               Present Indicative

                                  Perfect Tense



1. take the 3rd principal part, drop 'i'
2. keep stem, add Perfect endings to stem

*retain their 'i' and add an 'e' for this tense
